So, what are you going to do today?
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our Global Sales & Service organization for membranes. As our new colleague you will be part of the Global Sales and Service team and will be responsible for order handling and related administrative support towards selected sales companies and core customers.
About the job
You will be working with a customer centric mindset along with our Sales Companies, Engineering & Supply department and our Production unit securing an outstanding customer experience.
You and your colleagues take the full responsibility for order handling toward our sales companies. Occasionally you will be in direct contact with selected core customers.
The team is responsible for handling all our customer orders including but not limited to:
Primary tasks
The job is based in Nakskov, Denmark.
What you know
You have a good business understanding with relevant experience from B2B order handling of technical products.
You have experience from customer service and other customer support functions.
Also, you have knowledge in export licensing procedures for B2B products, and you are fluent in English both verbal and written.

You have a strong passion for customer service, are service minded and customer focused with a solution-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
You are open, communicate well with colleagues and customers, and possess good intercultural understanding and interpersonal skills.

- Membrane component orders
- Membrane system orders
- Service and spare part orders
- Test and rental pool orders
Primary tasks
- Order handling of capital sales and service sales orders to customers around the globe
- Communicate with internal stakeholders as well as with our sales companies and customers
- Follow up on lead times and delivery schedules
- Document products in installed base
- Administrate the test and rental pool.
