Do you want to be part of one of the best customer service teams in Nordjylland? Coolshop is looking for Dutch supporter, who is not afraid of challenges and know how to take it easy and are not afraid to show their skills when it’s time to face challenges.

The office is a 15 min bus ride away from Aalborg center, and has its own in-house kitchen staff, a gym where you can go exercise and actually get paid while doing so! We sell almost everything and as a employee you will get all items cheaper. Further we have a summer party, a christmas party and a happiness team who cares about your health and well being.

In Customer Service you are responsible for helping out customers with questions, problems and finans.
We have more than 3 million customers in 7 countries and all of them are equal important for us.
Our customer service is open 7 days a week, why we are looking for a person who shows flexibilty and isen't affraid to work on different times.
Your will communicate with customers on chat, email, phone and at our pick-up point (at the office).
We are a very social team (on- and off work), why we always help eachother no matter what. On of Coolshops value is wo "go the extra mill", why we also expect this from our new colleague.
Requirements:
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Ready to do translations and marketing tasks (facebook).
• Good communication skills.
• Language requirements:
• Dutch: Mother tounge.
• English: Reading, writing and speaking excellent.
• Danish, Norwegian or German would be a benefit.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• You learn computer software fast, previous software knowledge is not a requirement
• Danish CPR card (the yellow card)
Previous support or customer service experience is a plus, together with a Cool attitude!
