We are physically located in Ringkøbing where we sell designer lighting and home accessories via 16 webshops in 12 countries across the Lampemesteren and Designlite brands. We have 3 physical stores - in Ringkøbing, Holstebro and Copenhagen.
All countries are serviced from the office in Ringkøbing, so it is a multicultural environment where there is space for everyone.
We are growing rapidly and our clear goal is to be the best in the industry within our field.
Our team consists of approx. 100 employees, who handle both packaging and shipping, customer support and development as well as maintenance of our webshops (SEO and marketing).

The position is a full-time position of 37 hours per week, and working hours will typically be Monday to Friday from 8-16. The start-up will be as soon as possible.

The tasks in the position will be:
- Daily customer support via phone, chat and email in everything from sales, advice and guidance to help with spare parts and complaints.
- Creation and follow-up of complaint cases.
- Follow-up on orders from customers and contact with suppliers.
- Continuous building of product knowledge, in order to provide the best service for customers.
Personal and professional qualifications:
- You are an independent, enterprising and responsible person. You are in control of your tasks and have a flair for good service, and therefore like to provide the best customer service.
- Generally good with a computer and good at learning new systems, preferably experience with the financial system C5 or similar.
- You are good at formulating yourself in both writing and speaking.
- Knowing other languages (English, German, Norwegian or Swedish) will be an advantage.
- You are good at meeting all types of customers with a smile in your voice no matter what their inquiry is about.
- You have a positive attitude which you maintain in stressful situations, and you thrive in an everyday life where it is busy and where you can have many balls in the air at the same time.
- You are a team player who is happy to lend a hand where needed.
- Experience from a similar position, where you have serviced customers, helped with sales and given advice and guidance is an advantage. However, this is not a requirement.
