We are looking for a new addition to our international team, where you together with 24 dedicated and helpful colleagues will be our point of contact for our customers.
We are on the lookout for a happy, smiling and outgoing person, who speaks and writes fluent Danish and most importantly: You should love to be in contact with customers.
Being a Customer Success Hero at Hobbii involves taking care of our lovely customers on Hobbii.dk by phone, chat, and email. We want to have the best customer service and you will, therefore, play a key role in achieving that.
The skills you need to master this role;
Your friends say you:
Working hours will usually be on weekdays, somewhere between 8-18 o'clock. However, we expect you to also be able to work either on a Saturday or Sunday every second week.

- Fluency in Danish - both spoken and written
- You have most likely worked with CS before - either over the phone or face to face with customers
- You get triggered when everything falls into place - and when a customers thanks you for the greatest service
- It’s a huge advantage if you have a good knowledge of yarn - and that you knit/crochet yourself
- Plus: The more languages you speak - the happier we'll be :-)
