Do you want to help the nicest customers in the world? Hobbii is looking for a Native Italian speaker for our Customer Success team. You will join a vibrant international team of 20 dedicated and helpful colleagues.
Hobbii is the leading online yarn shop in Scandinavia. The journey began 4 years ago and now we are more than 100 people and active in 37 countries. We have the ambition of being the preferred online yarn shop worldwide. Customer Success is paramount in reaching this goal.
We are looking for a happy and smiling person, who speaks and writes fluent Italian and most importantly: You should LOVE to be in contact with customers.
What you will be doing...
The job involves taking care of our lovely Italian customers on Hobbii.it by phone and email. We want the best customer service and you will, therefore, play a key role to achieve that. It would be a great advantage if you already have a good knowledge of yarn, knitting and/or crocheting, in order to provide the best possible service to our customers
Working hours will usually be on weekdays, somewhere between 8-18 o'clock. However, we expect you to also be able to work either on a Saturday or Sunday every second week. You will be working with our awesome team located at our warehouse in Rødovre.
