We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. This is a fixed term contract for a maternity leave cover for the period of 14th April 2020 – 31st August 2021.
How will you make an impact?
As our new Customer Service Representative, you will play a key-role to support our customers in Sweden and driving projects to optimize processes and improving our customer satisfaction
What will you do?
• Process orders and purchase orders, and perform quality verification of customer shipping information, billing information, order details and pricing
• Professionally respond to customer inquiries, provide information within the area of assignment in an efficient and timely manner
• Inform customers about product availability
• Register customer complaints in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution of service/product
• Work closely together with sales personnel to secure high customer satisfaction
• Liaise with our key manufacturing sites and third-party suppliers as necessary
• Empower oneself to drive through improvement opportunities as identified (keeping Customer Service Manager informed throughout).
• Perform other duties as assigned
How will you get here?
We are looking for an organized and structured team-player with great collaboration skills, furthermore you should meet below minimum requirements.
Experience
• Experience working with ERP system (order and purchase module, preferably SAP)
• Experience working with customer service
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Fluent in Swedish and English and good understanding of Danish and Norwegian is preferred
