For our customer located in Silkeborg, Randstad is looking for a Finnish-speaking employee for Customer Support. You will get an important role in the team supporting their business in Finland. The position is project-based and will last for 3 months with the possibility of extension.

The position


In Customer Support, you will provide the customers with commercial support to ensure timely and accurate handling and processing of orders in line with business procedures. You will be interacting with customers, sales managers, technical support team and operations sites.

The tasks will variate, but the main functions will be the following:
• Order process (ERP/SAP)
• Spare part quotation process
• Proactive follow-up on orders and quotes
• Commercial support to customers
• Coordinating lead time requests with our operation sites
• Weekly follow-up on orders with our operation sites
• Troubleshooting within Customer Service assignments
• Claims and warranty handling

Your profile


• You are fluent in Finnish and have very good English skills.
• You probably have some experience within customer service and are a great communicator both on the phone and in writing.
• It would be an advantage if you have experience in working with ERP SAP ECC5, MS Excel and Word but this is not a requirement.
• You have a structured personality
• An ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
