Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Customer Experience Consultant who has the experience and the drive it takes to succeed in setting the direction and implement Kamstrup's future CX program.

As Senior Customer Experience Consultant, you will become a part of our Sales Process & Tools team in Marketing who is also responsible for Kamstrup’s sales process and tools (CRM and CPQ). The team consists of three consultants and you will have direct reference to our Head of Sales Process and Tools. You will be the first dedicated CX Consultant and therefore it is expected that you contribute actively to the further development and implementation of CX , but also in defining your own role.

A job with focus on developing Kamstrup’s future CX Program
In the position as Senior Customer Experience Consultant, you will first and foremost play a cardinal role in establishing a common understanding of CX which implies scoping, continuous developing, managing and co-governing a CX program that will strengthen our customer relationship.

You will become responsible for the orchestration and co-designing of all customer surveys in Kamstrup and for transforming CX data into actionable insights. In continuation, you will be responsible for enabling the right governance setup and follow-up processes to continuously improve the Customer Experience and to ensure that the program is well-designed and kept up to date. Likewise, you are a change agent and will need to ensure adoption and necessary transformation of the insights provided by the CX program through presentations, workshops, participation in various governance boards etc.

More specific, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer journey mapping and sequential roll-out of touchpoint surveys
  • Data analysis and management presentations
  • Governance implementation: Detailed plans and guidelines for governance
  • Future CX platform(s) enabling better follow-up, more advanced and better analytics, knowledge sharing etc.
  • Account specific Customer Experience insights from surveys embedded in CRM and other relevant platforms

In the job, you can expect 10-20 travel days per year.

Personality matters
You hold a relevant master’s degree and have significant CX experience from an international B2B organization or from a consulting company for a minimum of 5 years. You must be able to operate on both a strategic and operational level and are expected to have experience with data processing programs and hold a broad understanding of statistical tools and models as well as various survey designs and questionnaire development.

As a person, you possess a balanced combination of commercial thinking and technical skills and capable of maintaining overview in a busy schedule with many different tasks. As you will be working with project and change management, it is important that you possess great people skills and have strong communication skills, including business writing and presentation skills. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you both speak and write English fluently.
