We experience significant demand for our products and focus massively on the development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for energy and water consumption. Therefore, we are looking for a Service Manager who can support this demand from our office in Oslo.
With direct reference to our Head of Global Customer Support, you will become a part of our Customer Service team in Norway, which currently consists of 4 employees. The team works with many different technologies in order to support our customers with our intelligent measurement solutions, hardware and software equipment for remote reading. The team is characterised by an informal tone and professional sparring.
A job with focus on customer satisfaction and people management
In the role of Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our service department in Norway continues to deliver satisfactory service to our customers and contributes to the overall efficiency of the organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service and support for our customers.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
You will be a part of the Norwegian Management team and work closely with Global Service Operation Management. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work closely with many different departments in the organisation, such as Product Management, Service Hosting and Product Development, in addition to suppliers and partners.
Personality matters
We are looking for a person with great personal drive and the ability to professionally represent Kamstrup. You have a background in IT, and ideally you have experience within management, technical support, user support and/or IT Operations. It will furthermore be an advantage if you have expertise in databases and wireless communication, as well as experience with the service management solution, ServiceNow.
As a person, you driven by the desire to solve problems as a means to create solutions for your customers. Therefore, you manage to challenge status quo in order to improve customer satisfaction. As you will have a broad contact surface with customers and colleagues at all organizational levels, it is necessary that you are an excellent communicator who manages to build relations across functions. Your management style is characterised by a result-oriented mindset which stems from your personal drive and passion for taking initiative.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English, as well as at least one of the Nordic languages.
