With a direct reference to our Head of Customer Service Management, you will become a part of a team of 9 motivated colleagues, who work together to ensure high customer satisfaction. A job with focus on customer value realization and aftersales
As our new Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that we deliver high customer value by driving initiatives and refining processes to improve our services. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for your customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability by regularly reviewing customer portfolios to optimize benefits, identify gaps, and initiate sales opportunities. Your main KPI will be based on customer satisfaction, reflecting your commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing onboarding responsiblities to ensure a seamless customer adaptation to our solutions and experience the full value in these
  • Identifying data-based optimization areas and contributing to the further development of our services and products
  • Monitoring customer feedback and survey response, initiating dialogues with Sales and Product Management to identify opportunities and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
  • Reporting service level performance and defined KPIs to our customers


Personality matters
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who excels at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to seek out opportunities for improvement and sales. We imagine that you have a relevant academic background with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Admin., or similar. Also, you have at least 3 years of experience from a similar role. Experience in project management or delivering improvement projects is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are self-motivated, structured, and equipped with a proactive mindset that drives you to deliver within deadlines and navigate in an ever-changing and fast-paced workday. Furthermore, you hold great communicative skills which give you the ability to create real value for our customers by gaining a deep understanding of their needs and providing insightful solutions.
It is a requirement that you speak and write Danish and English fluently.
