We are looking for a team-oriented student assistant with “can-do” attitude. You will be part of our global customer experience and retention marketing team.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Be responsible for own projects and tasks related to NPS (Net promotor score) and retention programs
- Assist on the onboarding and roll-out of NPS and retention programs
- Assist on the implementation of a global loyalty strategy
- Be the go-to person in terms NPS support
- Monitor NPS dashboards
- Prepare customer satisfaction performance reports
- Assist on the development of our next-gen retention programs
- Collect and organize consumer insights and data
- Coordinate content and technical details for our global retention programs
Who are you:
- You are probably in the last year of your bachelor’s degree or starting a master’s degree in the field of marketing and communication.
- You speak and write English fluently
- You have some experience with market research
- You have an eye for the details
- You know how to follow-up and follow-through
- You are service minded and have positive attitude
