Who are you?
We are looking for a leader that want to be an excellent talent manager, competence coach and driver on our agile journey together with the other leaders and members of the AD team. You feel comfortable in managing and coach people globally and with a digital toolbox.
You have a clear believe in agile and a “we can“ approach and get motivated/ exited by the opportunities in people and the technologies.
For us Customer Experience is a headline that describes competences like, Testing, Interaction design, Training & Documentation and Support. Do you have experience in these technologies, and does it sound exiting?
About the job
Automation Development is an organization in Alfa Laval that work with automation of our core products. We are also responsible for developing and maintaining the technologies and functions to deliver connectivity enabled services in the market.
Our organization are working towards our internal customers in cross functional teams, where the amazing business teams are delivering value, technical solutions, to business. As a team we are growing towards 100 amazing people globally, and we are based in Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy and India. We need to be close to customer and close to opportunities.
All of us have competences around digital, device and ways of delivering customer experience’s, and these are the competence spaces where we collaborate, learn and share across business and projects. We collaborate internally as well as with large companies and start-ups. We are now looking for an enthusiastic focus manager for our Customer Experience team. The focus manager is the formal line manager in our organization.
The CX team is spread across all our sites and we want our focus managers to be located across our sites too, therefore we believe that this position is going to be based in Søborg, Copenhagen. Our team in Copenhagen work out of Alfa Laval innovation house, Copenhagen, where we are co-located with 10 start-ups working with sustainability and Digitalization.
