LetMeRepair - Nordic-based service and repair experts! The company was founded in 2007 in Uppsala and is located on Hållnäsgatan, Librobäck. As of March 2020, we will be expanding our business to Denmark, with an office in Taastrup.

LetMeRepair is the authorized partner of several well-known brands such as Neato, Marshall, BenQ, Hitachi, Zyxel, Sharp, Philips, Panasonic and Worx. We manage warranty service throughout Scandinavia. The company is a member of the LetMeRepair Group, the HQ of which is in Germany. We have access to great competence and know-how to perform repairs in the best way imaginable for multiple types of electronics.

In Europe, LetMeRepair cooperates with leading brands such as Philips, beko, Epson, Grundig, Krups, Nintendo, Samsung and Vestel.

We are looking for new employees who possess a positive attitude, put great focus on the customer and are service-minded. For us the entirety of the team is important and hence it is a requirement that you share our way of thinking and can be flexible in your everyday life, so that we can help each other when needed. Due to the communication of our trade being in English both internally and externally, it is important that you are able to read, write and speak in simple English without issue, and speaking both Swedish and Danish is a requirement.

LetMeRepair has 850 employees, 30 of whom conduct their labour in Sweden and Denmark, and perform thousands of repairs each and every month!

Tasks

The work assignment is as a call center employee with certain focus of technical support.

You would be part of our call center team including our employees in Uppsala, Sweden. Your supervisor would also be located in Sweden.

Your tasks will primarily consist regular customer support work. Taking phone calls and responding to customer emails. Part of the work would be technical support for robotic lawn mowers, all training would be provided internal and daily support available from our team in Uppsala.

Your background/profile

Mandatory: Able to communicate in Swedish, English and Danish

We want you to have a well-structured way of working, sense of responsibility, be innovative and accustomed to working independently.

You should be able to cooperate with others and take initiative. You should know Swedish, Danish and English well, in text as well as orally, and be used to working with computers as all documentation will be recorded in English.
