Like to help others and are you confident using phone/ computers as part of your daily work? Are you interested in working with customers from Scandinavia - giving IT support and top- class service with a smile to both customers and your colleagues? Then it could be you that we are searching for to join our multi-tasking Customer Service team
The main daily tasks include responding to incoming customer calls and email, providing the customer with a quick response and the correct resolution. As an Advisor you may take calls for more than one product or service and this requires attention to detail & a high degree of flexibility.
More about you:
· Fluent Danish language skills
· Understanding of other Scandinavian languages really helpful
· Very good English language skills as this is our business language
· Punctual, reliable and loyal toward both Webhelp and our clients.
· Service minded with previous experience of dealing with customers – gained in either a call centre, or IT Helpdesk environment.
· Good communication skills, verbal and written
· Ability to easily pick up new IT systems/tools.
