Customer Success Manager
Templafy helps companies around the world perfect every aspect of document creation, helping over 2 million users improve productivity, branding, and compliance across business documents, presentations, and emails. Templafy’s platform assists enterprise employees in each stage of the document creation workflow, delivering more productive, compliant, and enjoyable ways of working in office applications. It’s a solution that communications and compliance teams can control, IT can trust, and employees love using. Templafy was founded in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2014 and has offices across New York, Copenhagen, Berlin, Eindhoven and Sydney, representing 40+ nationalities and serving customers all over the world. You will be working in our New York office located in One World Trade Center. Templafy also recently completed a Series C fundraising round, bringing total raised to nearly $70M. The funding will be used to double the team from 200 to 400 employees, increase M&A and further advance it’s roadmap.

What we're looking for:
Templafy is looking for a CSM who is passionate about relationship management and possesses critical thinking and analytical skills.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be working closely with some of the biggest enterprise companies worldwide & will interact with internal & external stakeholders across different business functions. This position is perfect for a problem-solver who is passionate about the tech world and loves to be an integral part of an expanding organization.
As part of our Customer Success team, you will have a full ownership of a large client portfolio and take on a consultant-type role & help our clients to adopt and realize the value of the Templafy solution.

What we're looking for:

Responsibilities:
- Establish trusted/strategic relationships with clients & continuously help them uncover their business needs to ensure they are realizing the full potential of Templafy
- Introduce clients to Customer Success initiatives, implementation process & post-implementation activities at kick off meetings
- Help clients execute a successful Templafy launch by sharing best practices, communication materials & monitoring adoption/ success of the Templafy launch
- Analyze clients’ usage data in order to uncover additional use-case and commercial opportunities
- Actively collaborate with Implementation Partners and Account Managers when organizing customer meetings & setting clients’ goals
- Act as ‘voice of the customer’ when collaborating with other business functions internally (i.e., Product, Implementation Partners, Account Management, Support, Sales etc.)
- Keep records of key customer information, events & meetings in order to create transparency between customer-facing stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2+ years of CSM experience, ideally at a subscription-based SaaS company
- Experience working and collaborating with key stakeholder's and C-level executives at Fortune 500's
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency, importance & impact and think both short and long term
- Exceptional relationship-building skills: ability to understand different external/internal stakeholders and identify their perspectives & needs; ability to build professional relationships with people & manage their expectations
- Ability to work collaboratively across the team and different departments and communicate your thoughts in a clear and professional manner verbally and in a presentation setting
- A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast paced and high-growth environment
