Your main task
• You are going to work in a modern studio where you take care of your Roulette Table and Blackjack table where the Danish-speaking players can chat with you and you can reply back.
• No previous experience is required, you are going to receive paid training with certification in place.
• You have a probationary of 6 months and after that, you can become a permanent employee.
What we are looking for
• Very good level of Danish and good conversational English.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Mature and hardworking.
• Know how to provide excellent customer service.
• A dedicated and motivated approach to work.
• A sense of responsibility and can follow procedures.
• The ability to work as part of a wider team and be adaptable to changing business needs this could include changing shift patterns and providing cover for colleagues.
Accommodation and flight
You will receive a paid airline ticket + paid company apartment for 3 weeks. Meanwhile the company will help you find your own apartment to rent.
It’s very common that you share an apartment with your colleagues to get more of the social life and to get the rent down.
Salary
You have a fixed salary of 23,500 euros per year + monthly bonus (between 200-400 €) depending on how good the gaming experience the players experience, the salary usually lands between:
Low prediction (Euro yearly / gross): 27,500 €
High prediction (Euro yearly / gross): 32,500 €
