Philips Polska Sp. z o.o. Oddział Łódź, Łódź, Poland, is looking for a Sales Back Office Specialist with Swedish.

In this role, you have the opportunity to implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.

You are responsible for:

  • Sales related activities related to order fulfillment process
  • To produce and clean simple quotations in Sales Force and APTTUS
  • Pro-active collaboration with the account managers, project managers, product managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the supply chain
  • Set priorities and ensures correct and completeness of the entrusted processes within required timeframes
  • Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team
  • Monitoring and making changes to all requests sent by Sales Team, sometimes multiple times
  • Prepare all needed certificates and declarations to fulfil entrusted requests
  • Create and maintain a total overview of all documents
  • Set priorities and ensures correct and completeness of all tasks within required timeframes
  • Actively support with the implementation of continuous improvement, eg LEAN tools such as Kaizen/A3
  • Set up, follow and improve KPIs and SLAs agreed with all of the stakeholders in order to perfect SBO processes

The team based in Lodz is responsible for providing support for the sales team in the market.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Needs to be fluent in Swedish and English languages
  • Be detailed minded, flexible and proactive
  • Need to deal with the general terms and conditions of the customer
  • Knowledge about the European legal requirements is a plus
  • To be familiar with medical systems and specific terms
  • To be able to a have a communication with the account managers and other stakeholders in European languages, to guide your stakeholders and work closely on all changes that may occur
  • Be able to see misunderstandings or differences
