Our client is a global company with over 30,000 employees in offices in 22 countries. Since 2001, they also have offices in Riga, which currently has 500 employees, of which approx. 100 are from the Nordic countries. The company offers customer support, IT support and sales in several different languages through its contact centers. Tasks
- Provide assistance to customers via several different channels in Danish and English (live chat and telephone)
- Contribute to a dynamic and extremely fast growing team
- You will have the opportunity to work from home anywhere in Lithuania (or at our office in Kaunas), we will provide equipment for work and education
Your characteristics
- Good knowledge of Danish, both orally and in writing
- Good knowledge in English
- Outgoing and enjoys talking to people
- Service-oriented and customer-oriented
- Ability to work independently and have a "go-getter" attitude
- Team player
- Ready to work in shifts between 09:00 - 02:00
