About the department
You will become a part of a team of 10 colleagues, which consists of both engineers, technicians and marine engineers.
Together, it is our responsibility to support and continuously improve our packing lines to performing better tomorrow than we did yesterday. Our workday unfolds in an environment where the pace is high, and our contribution to the production of pens is felt on a daily basis. As a team, we have a strong team spirit to help each other and at the same time work across the organisation to create best possible results.

The position
The most important responsibility you will have in the job, is to ensure that our packing lines are performing at their best, and that the lines deliver products of high quality. Developing and Tracking of data is a big part of the job all In close collaboration with operators, technicians, supporters, and Quality Assurance (QA), you will solve a broad range of tasks such as process improvements, supporting projects.

When sudden challenges arise in our production, it will be your responsibility to ensure that action is taken so problems can be solved fast and efficiently.

Moreover, you will have responsibility for ensuring that everything runs in accordance with the regulatory requirements of a pharmaceutical production, so we can release our products for the patients who need it. Finally, participation in optimisations and standardisation projects will also be part of your new workday. Within a short span of time, you will have laid the foundation for being capable of taking responsibility for your own technical projects.

Qualifications
To qualify for the position, you must have a relevant education e.g. in mechanical engineering, marine engineering, or similar.

You have a wide range of experience in your field; your tasks will be planned according to your level of experience. No matter which background you have, it is essential that you have technical flair, and a curious nature that enables you to understand our processes. As a person you are a bit of a problem solver, and you thrive in a dynamic environment where there are always more problems to solve, and tasks to dive into. Since quality and precision is essential in the pharmaceutical industry, it will also be important that you have a quality mindset, and that you want to work with written documentation.

We are eager to ensure that you will find it as easy as possible to succeed in the position, so together, we will prepare a thorough on-boarding plan that will allow you to properly get to learn all the people, places and processes you will work with. In addition, you will receive adequate training and certifications as needed.

Fluency in Danish is mandatory and in English a big plus, both verbally and in writing.
