We are looking for a fluent German speaking Customer Success Manager to maintain our customer and distributor relations on a daily basis and to do first-line customer support, sales, and follow-up. The position is part time until June where it will be full time.

Alert House is a small tech company of 12 people, and we are looking for a German-speaking customer success manager to handle communication with our clients in Germany, as well as in English-speaking countries. We develop, manufacture and sell electronics and software solutions for the hunting and nature conservation market and the pest control industry. The position requires a well-organized and self-driven person to handle daily operations such as customer care.

Tasks:

  • Manage incoming inquiries from our customers by phone and e-mail. You will have the responsibility for the hotline for German-speaking customers

  • Responsibility for all daily operations related to customer relations and communication

  • Technical troubleshooting for customers

  • Responsibility for key accounts in DACH and English-speaking countries Communicate with key accounts (B2B) and distributors on a daily basis

  • Presenting the company at exhibitions.

Core competences:

  • German language on a proficient level (C2) as well as fluent in English (oral and written). Since you will be working with German speaking customers, fluency in German is an absolute requirement for success in the position

  • Business education or relevant experience in Sales or Customer Support (preferably for a tech product/solution)

  • Technical flair and an interest in tech products

  • No objection to handling demanding customers

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office

  • Good communication skills
