The job
As a Customer Service Representative at AWM Network, you will become an important part of a versatile and constantly evolving department. Your primary tasks will include user qualification and cross-selling, both over the phone and via e-mail.
The position will give you ample opportunity for professional development, as you will be working in close cooperation with the management and the sales department, whilst being a facilitator for possible improvements in the two departments.
Depending on your profile, there are several opportunities to grow within our company in fields like: outbound sales, prospecting, relationship, social selling, account management, and management.

Your profile

- be fluent in Swedish and English
- be confident, convincing, and comfortable on the phone
- be inquisitive and adaptable
- be a team player
- have good written communication skills
It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you:
- are fluent in Danish
- can communicate in additional languages than the abovementioned
- have previous sales experience
