Kvik has grown sales 74% the last 7 years by growing sales in current stores, opening new stores and new markets. Today Kvik can be found in 180+ stores in 13 markets - and many more stores will open the coming years, which is why we need one more in our International HR & Academy team.

At Kvik we want to continue to grow at a high pace and to do that we need to increase our HR and Academy capacity. We are looking for a person with a passion for working in a high-speed international environment. A person who can work with many different tasks at the same time, and still deliver high class service and support. Our new International HR & Academy Supporter will – to begin with, be responsible for supporting our Academy trainers in administering our international trainings. You will be responsible for booking transport, hotels, food and other training related activities. Another important part of your job will be to own our communication and learning platform. A platform that is the foundation of our Academy setup. Second to that you will also have a key role in supporting HR.

Your HR role will be on an administrative level where you will be responsible for our employee survey, Annual Meeting and support to our HR team in HR related matters.

Can you build strong relations to your colleagues and customers?
Stakeholder management is a key factor in becoming a success. You need to build a strong relationship to your key stakeholders in Kvik A/S and our franchisees in our stores. As a HR & Academy supporter you are in the spotlight. Your service and support are often the different between success and failure. To become successful, you must be able to fulfill the following criteria’s:

  • Take ownership and deliver high quality service and support for our internal team, franchisees, and sales staff in Kvik.
  • Contribute to the overall development of the areas you are responsible for.
  • Being able to plan and prioritize your tasks and set up a structure that works.
  • Have a business mindset as service and support cannot stand alone. You must understand the business to be able to deliver.
  • Working in different systems and being willing to change and optimize the way you work is a necessity.

The International HR & Academy supporter will report directly to the HR & Academy Director in Kvik.

What does it take to be a part of Kvik?

Kvik is looking for a profile who have experiences in supporting an Academy setup – you are already used to work with different Learning Management Systems and are no stranger to booking transport, hotels and keeping the overview of training surroundings. You do not need to be an experienced HR professional, but you’re learning ability must be at a high level. Most of our communication is in English. It is therefore also a must that you master this both in writing and orally.

A structured mindset is necessary to have the overview of the complexity of supporting many different workflows in a matrix organisation across several countries. Experience from working with retail and franchisees is a huge advantage as well.

Finally - you may fill out a similar supporting role today, but you do not need to have an international scope already, as long as you are highly motivated and driven by the challenge.
