If you are a self-starter who wants to play a role in supporting successful project execution in our organisation, then this may be the job for you.

NNE is a playground for engineers who work hard to deliver the right answers to complex questions in the pharma industry. We sit on a goldmine of knowledge, experience and industry insights, and we have over the past years developed a platform to support optimised project execution, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: You will work to support the methods, systems and organisational structure related to knowledge management, project execution and continuous improvement in NNE.

The main tasks include:

  • Support and perform document management for technical procedures and supporting documents while cross-referencing and ensuring alignment with quality requirements
  • Administrative support for IT platforms and document management systems
  • Handle suggestions and follow-up on input for improvement
  • Support the feedback platform, handling feedback mail, follow-up on deadlines
  • Support projects and specialists across the organisation to resolve issues
  • Actively contribute to development - drive or support initiatives related to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Data collection and reports to support decision-making and improvement initiatives

As you gradually gain insight into our organisation, you will identify ways to optimise and challenge the way we do things.

You could be a new graduate or have a few years of work experience with an administrative background, or a degree in engineering.

It is preferred that you:

  • are fluent in written and spoken English and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment. Fluent Danish is a distinct advantage, although.
  • are familiar with the MS Office package and curious about getting to know other systems and tools.
  • have strong collaboration and communication skills.

As you will be interacting with many people, good communication skills, willingness to tackle challenges and an open personality are required. You are flexible, a fast-learner, and are open to changes. You can work well in a team and are interested in knowing more about Project Management, Engineering Management and Quality Management procedures. You like to broaden your competences and you can understand the needs of our organization, our projects and our customers. You have personal drive, a positive mindset and a good sense of humour and furthermore, you like to be structured in your work.
