Your mission...
As the warehouse Performance and Quality Manager - Physical Distribution, you will be responsible of ensuring the end-to-end performance – productivity, quality, sustainability and customer centricity – of our Distribution Center (DC) and for implementing performance improvement initiatives within physical distribution. The role reports to the DC Manager.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on monitoring KPI’s and be the voice of physical distribution to drive business performance and achieve organizational goals. Support on the operation excellence journey including root cause analysis, visual boards, etc. Prioritization of continues improvement initiatives. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters. Be on top of the trends in the market and contribute to the frame and vision building for the physical distribution organization. Define, implement and follow up on initiatives that drive performance within physical execution such as productivity, quality, sustainability and customer centricity. Review of quality metrics, build action plans and report quality KPI’s. Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards to management. You have..
You have strong analytical skills and are structured in your ways of working. Continuous improvement mindset and can-do attitude. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of performance management principles and methodologies. Multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in physical distribution or logistics. Proficiency in English language both written and spoken. We are looking for you to start as soon as possible. The employment is permanent.
