Field Based multidisciplinary role within specialty pharma

Multidisciplinary role with very interesting products
Norgine operates in several therapeutic areas, the focus in this role will be non-promotional activities and projects within gastroenterology, hepatology, obstetrics and iron deficiency. The products are unique brands some with strong niche-qualities and some in launch phase. As one of two Medical Advisors in the Nordic, you will be the medical expert in the therapeutic areas and your finest task will be to drive and execute medical and scientific communication and support local IIS-activities in collaboration with external stakeholders and in line with the business strategy. You will implement the medical strategy for the therapeutic area and make sure that the objectives will be reached. The role is field based and you will report to the Nordic Medical Director placed in Denmark.
Build advocacy, stay updated and be the scientific resource for Commercial
The key to success in this role is to develop and maintain relationships with regional and national Key Opinion Leaders to strengthen their product knowledge and build an advocacy base among external specialists within the TA’s. It is crucial that the Medical Advisor stays updated on the latest scientific information concerning own products and has good knowledge about the existing and emerging products within the therapeutic area. The position will be cross functional, and you will assist the Nordic commercial organisation by driving medical education and provide scientific and clinical in-put to applicable submissions.
Extrovert personality with a strong scientific background
We expect you to have a scientific MSc degree combined with experience from either gastroenterology, hepatology, obstetrics, or nephrology. You are used to acquire a strong product and disease knowledge in order to have a strong impact and obtain trust from internal and external stakeholders. It is a requirement that you have a high level of written and oral English
Personally, you have an extrovert preference combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, you have great project management skills with the ability to plan and be accurate in the execution of these.
