If you want to develop your laboratory skills within cell line development and stability studies in a GLP-like evironment, then keep reading.
Driven by our passion to utilise the ExpreS2 platform and know-how to solve some of the most critical and unique recombinant protein challenges of our time, we are looking to expand the team within cell line development.
As an experienced technician you will be involved in development, evaluation and scale up of new cell lines and participate in multi-disciplinary project teams including upstream, downstream and analytical scientists working in close collaboration.
About the position
You will work "hands-on" in the labs on different aspects of the upstream process. You will be a key driver of the entire workflow from cell line generation through to production.
Your tasks will vary but include:
Trained Laboratory Technician with hands-on experience
You are a trained Laboratory Technician or hold a similar degree and you have hands-on experience during your education or from a previous position as a technician. Moreover, you have experience within one or more of the following areas:
You appreciate the importance of documentation and have an eye for details, while maintaining the full process overview. You enjoy freely sharing and discussing data and results with your colleagues and you keep an innovative and open mind-set. As a person you thrive in an informal and dynamic culture, and it motivates you to work with highly skilled people in a versatile team.

About the position

- Establishing stable monoclonal cell lines
- Cell cultivation
- Responsibility for cell banks
- Stability studies of selected clones
- Keep detailed Batch Manufacturing Records of all work-related activities
- Equipment Service & Maintenance according to SOPs
Trained Laboratory Technician with hands-on experience
You are a trained Laboratory Technician or hold a similar degree and you have hands-on experience during your education or from a previous position as a technician. Moreover, you have experience within one or more of the following areas:
- Cell cultivation at bench scale with mammalian and/or microbial cells
- Cell Banking
- Working in compliance with quality standards and systems
- Following protocols, procedures and documenting in proficient English
You appreciate the importance of documentation and have an eye for details, while maintaining the full process overview.
