About the department
You will join the team ‘Environmental Monitoring, Wash & Sterilization and Cleaning Support’. We are part of Biopharm Finished Products Kalundborg. Our department’s most important goal is to ensure a stable and efficient production meanwhile ensuring that quality is high and production targets met.
You will work alongside 17 competent and dedicated colleagues in a team with a great atmosphere. We appreciate an informal tone and a constructive mindset. We work together on our most important tasks: Validation of our equipment and optimization of our production line.
The job
In this role, you will support our filling facility to ensure that production is stable and efficient. This include being present in the production, systematic problem solving, deviation handling, and a responsibility to ensure ongoing update of instructions and procedures, so they fulfil current GMP requirements and follow manufacturing procedures.
Moreover, you will work on securing optimized performance of our production lines and validation.
Right now, we are on an exciting productivity journey to ensure that we can supply our patients with high quality products at a low cost, meanwhile ensuring continued compliance with regulatory requirements. Therefore, a key task is to continuously focus on prioritization to meet production goals and comply with our production plan.
Qualifications
We imagine that you hold a degree in natural science, pharmacy, engineering or similar. You have a minimum of 2 years of working experience. Preferably, you have previous work experience from the pharmaceutical industry, or from another regulated industry. Experience with GMP and LEAN methodologies is an advantage. Finally, it is a prerequisite that you are professionally proficient in written and oral Danish and English.

Therefore, flexibility and ability to adapt are important. Moreover, the person we are looking for has a keen eye for quality as well as the ability to meet deadlines.
