Adcendo ApS is a Copenhagen-based biotech company dedicated to developing highly differentiated antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for treatment of high unmet need cancer indications. The company recently closed a €51m series A financing round, and welcomed Michael Pehl, formerly CEO of GEMoaB & Immunomedics and President of Hematology & Oncology at Celgene, as our new CEO.
As part of our efforts in expanding the scientific team following this financing milestone, Adcendo is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team, with a collaborative and flexible mindset.
You will be part of a fast-paced biotech company, currently undergoing significant transformation and expansion, aiming to become a clinical-stage biotech company within a few years.
Your role will be to assist the scientific team on a day-to-day basis with ongoing in-house experimental activities and thorough documentation of experimental work, as well as being central for maintaining laboratory logistics.

The position is full time, and the place of work will be at the offices and laboratories of Adcendo, situated with COBIS, Ole Maaløes Vej 3, 2200 Copenhagen N.

Primary responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on scientific support for all workstreams.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory organization, logistics, safety and permits.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Broad experience with standard laboratory techniques including ELISA, Western Blotting, and in vitro cell line work in a sterile environment is required.
- Certification for working with laboratory animals (FELASA, or an international equivalent), or a willingness to acquire this certification, is required.
- Experience with organizing and running a laboratory on a day-to-day basis (general lab management), in an academic or industrial setting, is a plus.
- Flexible mindset, willingness to learn and adapt new technologies, and an ability to plan and adjust day to day priorities based on company needs, goals and values.
- Demonstrated personal and professional ability to work well in teams.
