About the opportunity
Sanofi Denmark is seeking an experienced MEDICAL ADVISOR responsible to strategize and drive medical and scientific (non-promotional) projects within Type 2 inflammation.
As part of the Immunology Medical team you will closely collaborate with the NOBA countries to ensure successful strategy implementation on a country level in alignment with the overall strategy for Dupilumab.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and maintain collaboration with current and future Key opinion leaders (KOL) within the Type 2 inflammation
- Identify and interact with other local opinion leaders and Healthcare professionals (HCP) to help generate understanding of Type 2 Inflammation and the Type 2 disease spectrum; position Dupilumab within this spectrum of diseases and future indications
- Coordinate and drive NOBA advisory boards, Type 2 projects and other relevant activities with the HCPs.
- Conduct and drive medical trainings to educate internal employees as well as provide external education to relevant external stakeholders (doctors, specialists etc.)
- Participate in relevant congresses, symposia and other meetings and provide feedback to the rest of the organization
- Provide support for the Market Access process from a NOBA level in medical/scientific matters and generate relevant data by implementing Type 2 diseases in national registries etc.
- Participate in budgeting and strategy planning in the scope of the area
- Implement actions in the therapeutic area as planned in the strategy and business plan
- Ensure to be updated on the latest scientific information concerning immunology
- Keeping up to date with the relevant clinical activities and support and facilitate desired clinical trials
- Support the commercial team with the generation of Type 2 material base on medical initiatives
About you
To excel in this role you will need to have:
- University degree in medicine, pharmacy or related biomedical area
- Immunology therapeutic area experience either from the clinic/studies/research and/or preferably from the pharma industry with relevant customer knowledge within dermatology and asthma
- Ideally, previous launch experience with successful relationship building
- Experience chairing advisory boards and other cooperation with HCPs
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and multi-country team in an international environment
- Ability to effectively engage with key external stakeholders and build long-term relationships
- Ability to use scientific and clinical knowledge to input to launch strategy on evidence needs for all stakeholders including patients
- Ability to analyse information and emerging trends, including social, policy and access-related information, and incorporate them into the medical plan
- Develop scientific communication and education initiatives using scientific/medical expertise, customer insights and understanding of launch strategy
- Self-dependent and structured working style with an ability to work in a team
- Strong project management and execution skills with an ability to plan, prioritize and implement tasks
- Outstanding communication, networking, collaboration and influencing skills – especially used in communication with medical authorities, hospitals, physicians/specialists, KOLS and pharmacists
- Oral and written fluency in a Nordic language and English
- Good IT skills
