Medical Advisor Dermatology


About the job

Join sanofi Denmark as a Medical Advisor Dermatology to be part of the winning team. You will be responsible for implementing the country medical affairs plan and other key medical affairs initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, in alignment with the Immunology North Europe medical strategy, and according to the highest ethical and compliance standards.

Travel expected in this role is approx 20%. This is a permanent role.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and maintain collaboration with current and future Key Opinion Leaders
  • Oversee and interpret new scientific data, literature, competitive trends and product opportunities and adjust medical and educational activities accordingly
  • Drive development and execution of local Medical Affairs plan as well as local communication strategy in alignment with the Immunology North Europe medical strategy
  • Drive, coordinate, support and ensure regular follow up of medical -, investigator initiated - and other research projects, including driving approval processes
  • Support to all company sponsored clinical trials
  • Develop and review the medical parts of the submission to “Medicinrådet” for new indications
  • Be a strong partner to the local Commercial, Market Access , Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and Public Affairs Teams, and provide continuous medical advice and training

About you

  • Master level degree in medicine or other life science, PhD degree/ Medical Doctor degree is an advantage
  • Excellent Danish language skills and business proficiency in English
  • Preferably pharmaceutical industry experience and/or knowledge of therapeutic areas relevant to sanofi Specialty Care (Immunology, Rare Disease, Neurology, Oncology)
  • Experience in communication with medical authorities, physicians and KOLs
  • Experience in interpretation and dissemination of scientific and clinical data
  • Strategic mind-set whilst being target-oriented and results-driven, with an understanding of short and long term goals
  • Team player and strong interpersonal skills, high initiative and problem-solving skills
