The candidates we seek will be employed in our GMP production line. You will play a key role in the production of synthetic DNA oligonucleotides. You need to be careful, quality conscious and have a good overview. The daily business language of the company is Danish, but since we are an international company, reasonable English proficiency in writing and speaking is a necessity.

Job purpose:
The applicant will be part of our production department consisting of Laboratory technicians and chemists.The role is supporting the production of synthetic DNA and RNA oligonucleotides produced by chemical synthesis. The products are used in biotechnology techniques in research institutions, biotechnology companies, hospitals and the pharmaceutical industry. LGC Biosearch is certified according to ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 13485-2016 standards. The company established a GMP production line in 2016.

Key Responsibilities:
- Part of team which synthesize, purifies and quantifies GMP products.
- Chemical synthesis on DNA synthesizers
- Analytical and preparatory HPLC purification
- Operating HPLC equipment, using RP-HPLC and IE-HPLC techniques
- Quantifying by spectroscopic measurement.
- LCMS quality analysis
Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills
- Graduation as a Lab Technician
- Experience with production under GMP guidelines can be an advantage.
- Experience and knowledge of methodologies in operating HPLC equipment, RP-HPLC and IE-HPLC techniques, can be an advantage
