The Research Unit of Learning & Talent in Sport (LET'S), Department of Sports Science and Clinical Biomechanics, invites applications for a position as Teaching Assistant Professor to be filled as soon as possible and until 31 July 2023.
The Department of Sports Science and Clinical Biomechanics has a strong background in sports science, focusing on human movement, learning and psychological and pedagogical aspects of sport and physical activity.
The Teaching Assistant Professor will be based in the Research Unit of Learning & Talent in Sport (LETS), which aims to be recognized in Denmark and internationally as ‘the place to go for the latest innovative thinking and research in talent development, pedagogy, innovation and entrepreneurship of sports and human movement.
The successful applicant will be expected to be lecturing in sport and innovation at Bachelor level, and applicants must show documented teaching experience. The teaching will include design thinking and design research teaching, teaching project management, teaching entrepreneurship and managing outreach activities related to students´ internship, and teaching ball game and practical sport.
The position will also work as manager of the Erasmus project that aims to develop movement-based methods cards and a supporting framework for the content and use of movement-based methods.
The partners in the Method Cards for Movement-based Interaction Design (MeCaMInD) project will explore how to make a navigable and action-able method card toolbox in the fields of interaction design and sport & movement. The focus is also on disseminating the insights of the toolbox to students and design professionals across disciplines.
Administrative and other skills relevant to subject specialization and the tasks of the position will be expected as well as abilities in written and spoken Danish and English.

The successful applicant will be employed in accordance with the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and AC (the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations).
