Cultural Facilitator - [xxxxx] Warehouse

The number of employees at our central warehouse in Horsens is growing rapidly! Therefore, we need to strengthen our People and Culture department with a Cultural facilitator. About the position:

You will be part of the People and Culture department, whose main task is to facilitate the development of a company culture where all 300 employees feel like part of the NORMAL family. Due to the company's large growth, an important element of our work is to support recruitment and onboarding processes. In addition to this, our daily tasks are focused around developing and implementing initiatives that ensure a good working environment.

The warehouse's employee group consists of 25-30 different nationalities therefore it is particularly important focus for us to create and maintain unity and understanding between the employees.

Your tasks will include:

• Internal communication on, among other things, our employee application and info screens
• Administrative tasks in connection to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
• Administrative tasks concerning courses and training
• Helping employees with personal assistance in relation to Danish systems, e.g. SKAT and health care
• Support NORMAL's culture in everyday life
• Ensure employee involvement and inputs in relation to change processes
• Coordinating internships and collaboration with local job centers

Qualifications:

• Due to our international employee group, it is important that you can communicate in writing and speech in both English and Danish.
• You enjoy working independently and are innovative in your thinking.
• You approach people and tasks with an open mind.
• You have experience with or knowledge of HR-related tasks such as recruitment, working environment, planning courses etc.
• You are flexible with your working hours, as our employees work both on day shift, evening shift and night shift. Your primary working hours will be during the day, but it is important, that you are visible for all employees to a certain extent.

Place of employment:

You will work at our warehouse north of Horsens in Gedved, but we are in the process of building a new logistics center in Hedensted, where we will move to in 2023. And here you will, of course, join us!
