Our department consist of teams of supervisors and technicians supporting Pre-Assembly, Commissioning, Installation, Improvement, Service sites and Warehouse. We develop and supply proficient and dedicated resources with the right mindset. We coordinate and develop people and teams to support operational success. We create a culture of safety and cost consciousness and quality.

Responsibilities
As Warehouse Supervisor your primary tasks will be:
- Warehouse space optimization
- Supervising warehouse subcontractors
- Identifying and reporting deviations
- Arranging transport bookings
- Keeping track of stocks
- Receiving incoming goods
- Calibrating equipment
- Conducting task handover to warehouse supervisor
Qualifications
- Warehouse experience
- Have knowledge of Lean methodology
- Have good English communication skills
- Good IT skills (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- Full driver's license and truck certificate (B)Warehouse experience and is focused on HSE and Quality
Competencies
- Structured and with good problem-solving skills
- Good financial management and performance assessments skills
- Are reliable and adaptive
- Stakeholder management skills, and ability to motivate and encourage colleagues to reach the agreed targets while keeping high safety standards at all times
- You are customer-focused and have good process understanding and site management skills
- As a person, you have a solid continuous improvement mindset and can stay calm and keep the overview in busy periods.
