Joining GN Hearing – part of the GN Group
At GN Hearing, we provide advanced hearing aid solutions to transform lives through the power of sound.
As part of the continued success and growth of GN Hearing - and our leading, global brands in the industry - we are looking for a Packaging Manager to join our team of marketeers at the Ballerup headquarters in Denmark.
You will join an ambitious team that is relentless about driving meaningful change and strives to excel at everything we do.
You will be part of the internal creative agency that creates and produces our campaigns and other content. This includes everything from digital content., POS and packaging.
Lead our packaging design to new sustainable heights
At GN, we want to take the customer experience to the next level by understanding professionals and users and integrating their needs into our product development processes.
We are also wholly committed to making our packaging more sustainable, such as considering the maximum filling degree, reducing plastic, and using responsibly sourced materials.

An exciting challenge with a clear purpose
As our Packaging Manager, you will guide us into the next chapter of hearing solutions packaging and take the lead on a strategic level. You will be involved in market and user insights, future product roadmaps, and our ambitious 2025 targets for sustainable packaging across GN.
Your will work strategically, tactically, and operationally, which will include:
You will work with across the company collaborating with many different stakeholders. In particular, you will collaborate with your colleagues in R&D and New Product Development process on multiple programs simultaneously.

- Optimizing our internal processes
- Drive our packaging design – and offer your creative ideas
You will work with across the company collaborating with many different stakeholders. In particular, you will collaborate with your colleagues in R&D and New Product Development process on multiple programs simultaneously.
Strong professional able to take our customer experience to the next level
You thrive in a dynamic and international environment with many touchpoints across the company. Moreover we image that you have:
- An educational background within engineering, sustainability or similar, but this is not a prerequisite
- Several years of relevant experience in a corporate environment, where you have developed strong stakeholder management-, and communication skills, which will be a key part of your ability to create success in this role.
- You are proactive, able to work independently, and you have the ability to drive the customer experience agenda persistently around intuitive design and sustainability
- Strong communication skills - verbally and in writing – in English
