To support s growth journey, we are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our Planning department at our Warehouse in Hedensted.
As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting administration tasks and daily production across multiple departments in the warehouse. You will work closely with various teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination.

As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting administration tasks and daily production across multiple departments in the warehouse. You will work closely with various teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating new and removing terminated employees for Warehouse access and in administrative systems
- Becoming a superuser in our Workforce Management Platform Quinyx and training our Team Leaders in the system
- Keeping track of celebrations
- Creating the shift schedule in Quinyx
- Coordinating the staff break schedule with our canteen
- Ad hoc tasks
About you
We are looking for a positive and welcoming person who enthusiastically approaches new tasks and is willing to learn. You handle last-minute changes efficiently with a smile, and you take responsibility and can make independent decisions.
We also expect that you:
- have experience in administration or coordination from a previous job
- are a team player with strong collaboration skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work.
- have experience with PowerPoint and possibly other visual or graphic programs
- are proficient in English, both written and spoken
