Are you an experienced warehouse worker who also thrives working with IT systems? Then, it is you we are looking for to work in a temporary position for a three-month period with the purpose of being offered permanent employment at DSV.
Your main task at the beginning of this temporary position will be to pick and pack orders in the warehouse to build up a strong knowledge of the warehouse and DSV’s processes. You will be continuously introduced to DSV’s internal system and will take part in DSV’s training programme for six months, which you will complete with an exam. The training includes instruction in DSV’s internal system, so that you will be able to work with the system on a daily basis. During the training and afterwards, you will have to be in close contact with other departments at DSV. In addition, you will take part in progress meetings where you will communicate knowledge from the system.
- Pick & pack with electrical pallet loader or truck
- Support & feedback with other departments
- Work in DSV’s internal system (set up orders, see stock on orders, etc.)
- As a minimum, have knowledge of the Office-package - including Excel
- Have a natural interest in IT
- Can work independently and are good at taking initiatives
- Have a desire in learning about new systems
- Can work in an organized way
- Are able to communicate what you have learned at progress meetings with DSV
- Have a truck certificate or have experience with an electric pallet loader
- Start-up as soon as possible
- It is a full-time position with an average of 37 hours per week
- Working hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00am - 4:00pm & Friday from 8:00am - 3:30pm
- The hourly pay is 138 Danish kroner
