Part time. Two fixed shifts between 06:00-20:00
Salary 120 kr/h
We are looking for four local, hard-working crew members to join our brewing team! The position is a part-time position for two shifts in a time frame of around 06:00 -14:00 and 12:00-20:00. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing beverage brewing and production company. You'll be able to see the fruits of your labor on shelves all across the country.
The brewery assistants are responsible for the duties involved with the bottling line, packaging and cleaning of the brewery. Ensuring quality must be the primary focus of this position to ensure the integrity of our products in the final packaging.
As part of the brewing team, you should expect to work a minimum of 8 hours per week, up to 8 hours per shift depending on the production schedule. Overtime may be performed as needed if management allows. There might be less hours to begin with, with an increase of hours as we grow.

Our products are based on a pure and sustainable ideal using organic, high-grade ingredients and Nordic rooted flavors. Drinkability and consistency are a key focus, and we set to keep improving the quality of our kombucha and the processes, with a willingness to experiment and push ourselves as we grow. The brewery will also be a learning hub, carrying out events and workshops to engage and inspire people kombucha and the craft of fermentation. At Folk Kombucha we are entrepreneur-minded and driven to build a remarkable brand by thinking, creating and executing at an ambitious level. Other Requirements:
- Follow all SOPs and safety protocols
- Able to communicate in English
- Advantage if previous experience in the food industry
- Advantage if experienced with using a walk behind fork lift
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent bending and lifting. Able to lift and carry 25kg
- Must be able to stand for majority of the shift
