Since the company was formed in 2013, NORMAL has gone through a massive expansion process, and the journey continues at full speed. At present, NORMAL has almost 300 stores across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, France and Finland. Our ambitions for the future are high, and we are now strengthening the management level of our Warehouse evening shift.
Responsibilities and tasks
In the coming months, we will be expanding our Warehouse evening shift from around 40 to 50 employees, and therefore we are also going to strengthen the Warehouse management team. Our Warehouse is in full operation in the evening with inbound deliveries, picking and packing, as well as outbound deliveries. You will be part of the management team and work with planning and coordinating all activities and managing the teams in various areas such as:

You are a well-balanced, organized and self-confident, yet humble, type of manager who respect personal differences and give constructive feedback, and you are not afraid to take the necessary decisions within your scope of responsibilities.
You must have experience from a position as team lead and be used to coordinate activities with many people. Experience from a previous position in a warehouse or logistics management team would be advantageous.
You must be able to communicate fluently in English as well as Danish.

- Making sure inbound and outbound processes and issues are handled;
- Team management tasks;
- Close coordination with day and night teams.
