IKEA Taastrup & Brøndby needs part time warehouse workers for night shifts

Are you looking for part time job opportunities working with warehouse logistics with a multicultural team with different skillsets to complement each other?

Adecco is currently on the hunt for suitable warehouse staff where stability, responsibility and independence are key points to get onboarded with the rest of the warehouse team at IKEA as a temporary staff member. As previously mentioned, the workplace is very multicultural, which naturally means English is the main language they use to handle their day-to-day operations.
Our partner IKEA has two different sites covering the greater Copenhagen area where you might be assigned to-, Brøndby or Høje Taastrup. The warehouse itself consist of several different departments which is why we are searching for several different profile types to fulfil two different positions.
The primary target audience we are searching for, are candidates interested in working NIGHT shifts, we also have openings for day, and evening but Night is the primary need.
Click n’ Collect (Høje Taastrup): (Work hours 02.00-10.00)
This job position requires you to be ready for physical demanding work, as you will need to be quick on your feet to move from station to station around the warehouse and pack online orders and prepare it for pickup from chauffeurs or the customers themselves. This job position might also include preparing pallets to be shipped out to different IKEA shops around Denmark to make sure goods are always bountiful at the different stores.
Forklift Operator (Brøndby): (Work Hours 22.00-06.00)
The forklift operator’s main job is packing of goods in the different primary warehouse of IKE Zealand. Having previous experience using a forklift, or stacker will be a clear advantage, as the. The stackers and forklift can reach several meters into the air. It is a clear advantage if you got more experience than just from the forklift course.
Physical work will be included if pallets or other goods need to be restacked, which implies that this job is not solely operating the stacker / forklift.
A Danish forklift certificate, or a foreign forklift certificate approved by AT is required to fulfil this job position.
