Are you ready to work with cattle and join a strong team on a modern dairy farm? Do you have an interest in agriculture and a desire to learn? Then you might be the person we’re looking for at Frendrup Nihøje Cattle Farm!
Frendrup Nihøje Cattle Farm is located in Støvring and has a herd of 630 Holstein cows. We have a new DeLaval milking parlor and a dedicated team of six employees, including two trainees, working on the daily operations. As the farm is expanding, we’re seeking a new colleague to assist with barn duties and daily tasks.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
•Milking once a day in our modern milking parlor
•Cleaning cubicles and bedding for calves
•Various maintenance tasks and cleaning in the barn
Work Hours and Shifts:
•Morning shift: Week 1 from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
•Evening shift: Week 2 from 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
•Work every other weekend, with three milking sessions during the work weekend
We imagine that you:
•Are open, honest, and dependable
•Have an interest in agriculture and cattle work (experience is an advantage but not a requirement)
•Can communicate in English (the working language in the barn)
•Are interested in participating in social activities and team events, such as bowling and group meals
We offer:

•Assistance with housing if needed – we have an employee residence and can arrange alternative solutions
•Great flexibility for taking days off as needed
•Communal lunches in our break room
