Transport Coordinator, evening shift - [xxxxx] Warehouse

Our warehouse operation is growing fast and therefore we want to strengthen the evening shift in our transport department by adding a coordinator. About the position:
As a coordinator in the transport department you will be working closely with the rest of the transport team. Together you will form a team that has to lead and motivate a group of colleagues to perform their best every day.

The main task of your colleagues in the transport department is to put away the goods processed in our inbound department and supplying our picking department. Our goal is to keep this process as efficient as possible while keeping a high quality standard. At the same time we want to make sure that we have a healthy work environment where all employees feel supported.

Your daily tasks will be:
Your daily tasks involve making sure that we have the right goods in the correct locations and dealing with issues regarding our internal transport in the warehouse. When you are more experienced in these tasks, you will also be co-responsible for motivating and developing the team.

Place of employment:
You will be working at our warehouse north of Horsens in Gedved. We are in the process of building a new logistics center in Hedensted, where we will be moving to in the start of 2023.
