The number of employees at our central warehouse in Horsens is growing rapidly! Therefore, we need to strengthen our Outbound department with another Logistic Assistant. For our central warehouse in Horsens/Hedensted, we are looking for a skilled and conscientious Logistics assistant. We want to strengthen our team that, based on the daily production plan, books and collaborates with external and internal carriers to ensure collection of all incoming and outgoing transports to the warehouse. As Logistic Assistant, you are referencing to the Warehouse Outbound Manager and will play an important role in the department. In the department, we are 5 employees, who are responsible for booking and following up on all incoming and outgoing transports of goods from/to our warehouse in Horsens/Hedensted.

You will have a close interaction with the team leaders, managers and employees in various other departments in the warehouse, including inbound. planning, picking & packing, outbound and internal transport.

Your tasks will include:

The department is an important part of making our supply chain function optimally, and you will be at the junction where plans meet reality. We must constantly ensure, that we are at the forefront of planning and at the same time be prepared to adjust the plans on a daily basis. In the role of Logistic Assistant you help to ensure the overview and follow up on, that we reach the goal together.

Qualifications:

• You must have experience with administrative and coordinating tasks in a warehouse and in the logistics area. If you want to help develop and secure the foundation so that the warehouse function can keep up with NORMAL's expansive development - then you are what we need on the team.

Place of work:
You will work at our warehouse north of Horsens in Gedved, but we are in the process of building a new logistics center in Hedensted, where we will move to in 2023. And here you will, of course, join us!
