Logistics coordinator - [xxxxx] Warehouse

Are you passionate about ensuring delivery to stores and do you have control over customs clearance, import and export to third countries?

In continuation of NORMAL's continued expansion in Europe, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to take care of all transport, customs and other administrative tasks of an international nature. You will be part of a smaller but experienced team in our outgoing department. You should expect to share your working time between our current warehouse in Horsens, our new logistics center in Hedensted and our HQ in Skanderborg

As a logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Transport of goods to the stores
• Pragmatic solutions for difficult delivery conditions
• Follow-up on the carrier's performance and the freight forwarder's customs clearance.
• Responsible for application for duty reductions
• Responsible for the development / optimization of the quantity of goods in connection with customs clearance, including shift optimization on excise goods, etc.
• Handling of store inquiries and coordination with the central warehouse in collaboration with the other coordinators.
• Import and export procedures, the customs clearance and export declaration
• Customs reimbursement and customs concessions
• Product regulations (VAB) and pricing, eVita – EDB tariff

About you:

You have experience with transport, told treatment and are used to working independently with your tasks. If you also have forwarding experience, it will be an advantage. You are thorough and accurate in working with your tasks, but can also find flexible solutions when unforeseen situations arise. You often communicate in English with your foreign business partners. As a person, you are easy to work with, take pride in things being in order, and are good at informing about status and changes before it is requested. You thrive in an organization where the framework is defined, but where the days are nevertheless not the same.
