Trade Logistics Coordinator

Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic

We have an incredible opportunity for a Trade Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics Team. As a Trade Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting and following up on imports and exports of materials and tobacco to/from GCD and customs management, as required. Also, provide support related to the reception, processing and invoicing of international orders, among other activities.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Support the receipt, processing and invoicing of international orders.
• Support in the handling of customer shipping instructions.
• Provide support in the follow up of the logistics of exports until their arrival to the customer.
• Coordinate and follow up on the handling of imports and customs clearance of materials and tobacco to GCD.
• Perform transfers and movements of merchandise between the different locations in the DR.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?

• Graduated in Business Administration, Accounting or related careers.
• English language skills - Upper intermediate to advanced level.
• MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of import/export area (preferred).
• 1 year experience in similar duties (preferred).
