We are looking for a Senior Associate - Presentations & Design, Knowledge Centre to be a part of an ambitious team based in Mumbai for 6 months contract . You will build an extensive understanding of the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group through cooperation and interaction with various procurement offices providing a solid platform for your future career and development within the Group.

This would provide you an excellent opportunity to understand the Group operations and prepare yourself to take broader responsibilities in the future within the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Presentation support: Timeline based support for global stakeholders on:
1. Standard Formatting
2. Message Enhancement
3. Map Creation
4. Presentation from Scratch
5. Flyer and brochures
6. Edit videos
Creating value add to the presentations with creative ideas.
Quality assurance/control: All the presentations that are prepared should follow the Branding Styleguide.
Effectively communicate with the stakeholders to align expectations and negotiate deadlines if required
Create marketing flyers and brochures as per the branding guidelines
Edit videos using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro as per the script provided and contribute in storyboarding.
Pro knowledge of MS PowerPoint is a must and good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro is required.
Support on other applications: Other Applications like MS Word, Excel, Macros, MS FLOWS, MS FORMS to be provided as an additional support.
The role is for 6 months contract .
The ideal candidate is one with Graduation in any stream and 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
The candidate should possess strong hold on the basics of business graphics such as accuracy, balanced layouts, following styleguide, clean graphics, high productivity level, quality checks/assurance.
The candidate should have worked in an environment with sharp analytical requirements.
The candidate should have been part of a fast paced graphic design setup where adhering to branding guidelines are a must.
The candidate should have an assertive personality to engage global stakeholders and deliver quality products by meeting expectations and adhering to standard processes.
