At our office in Aarhus, you will be part of our Customer Experience organization with colleagues spread over Denmark, Sweden and Norway that supports in ensuring our end-to-end logistics solutions is delivered for our customers.
Our Inland team is focusing on the Landside transportation modes and you will work closely with both our Vendors and direct Inland colleagues but also the local Danish customer facing organization focusing on Ocean and/or Supply Chain solutions for our customers.

With simple end-to-end solutions, digital services and seamless customer engagement, we want to enable our customers to trade and grow by transporting goods anywhere – as fast and simple as possible.
Joining us, you will play a key role in ensuring that we succeed.
Our Inland delivery team enables our customers to integrate their entire supply chain with Maersk. With our end-to-end service, you will make sure that we easily arrange everything from a pick-up from a supplier’s factory as well as the delivery to the chosen destination, taking full ownership of the cargos journey.
You will through your great coordinating and communication skills, ensure great customer experiences by managing the end-to-end delivery process. This involves coordinating with the various shipment teams and ensuring that all documents and practicalities are in place in order for the cargo to be picked up and delivered at the right time.
More specifically, you will:
• Arrange and coordinate the daily transport business: plan, optimize, allocate and execute. Communicate potential service failures and trends to our customer facing team.
• Build vendor relationships and be curious about the different needs our customers has in order to better serve them and identify new business opportunities
• Ensures the timely and cost efficient delivery of import and export containers utilizing preferred routings while providing the highest level of customer experience.
• Ensure the whole shipment life cycle is executed smoothly both from an operational as well as cost perspective, monitor agreed vendor service-level agreements and identify root causes if expectations are not met
• Drive continuous improvement to satisfy customers and improve loyalty.

You love spotting ways to optimize existing processes, and you are not afraid to speak your mind. Moreover, you:
• Ideally comes with a freight forwarding/trucking vendor background with experience of handling inland transportations.
• Thrives in a vendor facing role with an ability to create and maintain good working relationships.
• Ability to work independently; take own initiatives and drive improvements, being cost aware with a PnL mindset
• Your coordinating and communication skills are on point
• Speak and write English effortlessly, and preferably, you are also fluent in Danish
