You will join the Integrated Business Planning team in the Global Supply Chain organisation where the Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) process in Vestas is facilitated. The main function is to drive the S&OP process to the next maturity level including scenario planning with financial perspectives on P&L and inventory impact. Focus is on ensuring a transparent and efficient global balance between supply and demand on a longer and tactical / strategic time horizon enabling the most profitable decisions to be taken.

You will join the Integrated Business Planning team in the Global Supply Chain organisation where the Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) process in Vestas is facilitated. Responsibilities
- Take lead and operate as first point of contact towards Sales and Manufacturing working closely with Global Sales Management and with Manufacturing departments
- Prepare data, analysis and reporting for monthly pre-S&OP meetings and Executive S&OP meetings
- Drive scenarios, simulations and business cases to secure a continuous optimisation of Vestas P&L and cash flow
- Create transparency of long-term capacity utilisation, production footprint and Supply Chain bottlenecks
- Secure communication and implementation of decisions from Executive S&OP
Qualifications
You have a relevant master's degree within Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Approximately 3+ years' experience preferably from Supply Chain Management, and experience from working with S&OP processes
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Able to communicate your findings thus enabling the business to take the right decisions
Competencies
- Strong project management skills combined with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial information in a simple and transparent manner
- Capable of navigating in the environment of management, project and cross-functional stakeholders with separate agendas and competing priorities
- Desire and ability to operate in a complex Supply Chain
- Good system and business understanding
