We are in the search for a Global Logistics Analyst for LEO Pharma’s Global Logistics team.


LEO Pharma has set an ambitious goal of becoming the world’s preferred dermatology care partner. To make this come true, we are entering into the biologics area with 100% commitment! That is why we need you and your understanding of biotech distribution network processes. You will ensure a strong logistics setup with focus on ensuring visibility in the spend and activities and supporting the department and Supply Chain in understanding the distribution setup and the related cost. It is also the Global Logistics Analyst task to support and develop transport validations and support projects as a representative for Global Logistics.

You will play one of key roles in the upcoming launch of products in LEO that will be looking to significantly benefit the quality of life for hundreds of thousands of people around the globe.

You will benefit from having experience within logistics of pharmaceutical products, while your main area of motivation is your passion for gathering and managing data for optimising the operational execution of logistics service, encompassing the primary as well as secondary distribution, orders, warehousing, transportation.

Main responsibility


You will be the data Analyst for the entire ICS, including the Global Logistic team, supporting the different functions and gathering valid data to be used by many stakeholders.

Your primary tasks are to:

  • Ensure a solid structure of data and analyses by establishing a centralised strong data fundament, that you develop in corporation with other stakeholders, IT and Project Management
  • Create and support KPIs that measure and track logistics performance.
  • Drive the development of solid BI tools for supporting Global Logistics
  • Challenge the status quo within the logistics function and using data and information to uncover better methods of execution.
  • Be the full operational backup for the Global Logistics Compliance Manager
  • First point of contact for any Distribution related compliance issues or quality deviations related to Distribution Operations in EUR+ Region including main Global Direct Sales hub.
  • Opening and follow up of all GDP related deviations and ensure follow up and closure within agreed lead time
  • Actively support that LEO operates the most optimal cold chain solutions, compliance and cost

You will work closely with a huge variety of stakeholders (i.e. Global Supply Chain, GPS Value Streams, Procurement, 3PL’s/4PL and many others) in order to secure on time deliveries to our patients.

We are looking for experience within Logistics


You have experience in international Logistics of pharmaceutical products, and experience with 3PL services provider or freight forwarding.

You hold a degree at minimum M.Sc. level within supply chain management/logistics and people around you, see you as a magician within data analysis and management. Your IT skills are very strong, and experience with logistics software would be a benefit. You communicate well with great presentation skills and also possesses a well developed analytical sense, that makes you able to understand large quantities of complex information faster than average.

You have a proactive, pragmatic and solution oriented, and open-minded personality. You thrive in an environment, where you can use your holistic business understanding and at the same time handle hands-on and operational tasks. Related to this, you are motivated by being able to impact the continuous development of our Global Logistics process. Working in a global setup, you must have solid English skills, both written and spoken.

As you will be part of a new and highly prioritised portfolio you must thrive on working in a dynamic environment where we do not have all answers up front. You will contribute to creating the answers.

With you in our team, we are 5 experienced professionals. We report to our Global Logistics Manager and interact with stakeholders in many areas of the company and outside of it.

The position is based in Ballerup, Denmark.
