Position Purpose
The Lead Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for driving the global supply planning process, analysis and will work closely together with our Manufacturing Plants and support functions like Purchase, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Finance etc. to ensure the most accurate supply plan. The supply plan is together with our demand plan the foundation for our global planning processes with regards to SIOP. This includes also the direct responsibility to drive Supply Reviews activities e.g. Product Chain SIOP and Plant SIOP Sign off and ultimately track and improve supply planning accuracy. You will be responsible for driving weekly & monthly analysis to understand trends in sales/production vs. plan to bridge between short term execution and long-term planning.

What do you need to apply?
You have a solid experience with Supply Planning in different Value Chains like Make to stock, make to order, project sales etc. You succeed in driving initiatives in a complex matrix organization because you have authority, clout and most important you are robust. Moreover, you have minimum a BS degree and applicable experience in Supply Chain Management of at least 5 years. You must have demonstrated experience in progressively more responsible and challenging roles – Experience within Change Management is a plus. Working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
This role requires very well-developed change management and communication skills at all levels within and outside of the organization. You are a team player and capable of leading processes thorough others often from other functions. A truly global mindset, dedication to Growth and Customer Service and analytical approach complete the profile.

The Key Responsibilities for the position:
- The Global Supply Plan per Chain (0-18 month)
- Leading the Chain SIOP and a proactive player in Product Review and Plant SIOP sign offs.
- Developing good relationships with Plants and Support Functions
- Develop capacity overview per Chain and Plant
- Integrate inventory optimizing into Product Chain meeting
- Securing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects with phase in/out is built into your product Chains.
- Responsible to deliver supply scenarios as decision support within the SIOP

- Working knowledge in SAP, Supply chain
- SIOP/S&OP knowledge
